Coronavirus (COVID-19) – UPDATES

Due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.
Our opening hours are as follows;

Monday Closed to the public

Tuesday to Friday 9.15am to 4.00pm.  Saturday 9.15am to 3.00pm Office open to the Public.

Please have your book filled in and ready to hand to the teller. 

Stand Behind the line while the teller is processing your transaction at the counter.

If your transaction will take some time i.e. opening an account or drawing down a loan we ask where possible that you avoid lunch hour and that you try to attend the office before 2.30pm.

We are experiencing a high volume of phone calls, we will do our best to take your call , however on occasion we may have to call you back,  please bare with us if you haven’t been able to contact the office or if we have to call you back. We appreciate your assistance at this time and we will return all calls.

We are closely monitoring the unfolding developments concerning the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are asking members who are ill not to visit us for risk of spread of infection.

Option 1:

Register for and On-line Account.  Please go to https://live.cuonline-ebanking.com/screens/MemberRegister.aspx?cuid=54 and follow the steps outlined

Option 2:

Phone the office (0404) 69380 and make your payment using your debit card – phone hours listed above.
