The COVID-19 outbreak is a developing situation that we are monitoring closely but we are aware that some of our Members will be impacted in ways that will affect their ability to meet loan repayments in the coming weeks.

This form is designed so that Members can request assistance if they are experiencing difficulty as a result of the Coronavirus, so that we can work with them remotely to consider temporary, flexible repayment arrangements. Following submission of this form a member of staff will be in contact with you to discuss your personal circumstances.
Our aim is to have facilities, where possible, so that you can submit any documentation we may require to consider your application for a flexible arrangement remotely for the safety and welfare of all our community.
