The Board of Wicklow and District Credit Union Ltd are pleased to announce the launch of our annual Credit Union photography competition celebrating the spirit of credit union and this beautiful area that we live in and call home.
We are seeking photographers to capture this for our 2023 Calendar.
The winner will receive a prize to the value of €500.00, and 11 runners-up will feature in the upcoming 2023 calendar.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
This year’s theme is ‘A New Day’ and we are looking for landscape size photos that reflect the credit union and the communities which it serves in all their magnificence.
We would like to see images that represents getting back to normal, a new start, being positive and inclusive and the joy it brings. The credit union is made up of individual account holders where we are best when we come together as a credit union community.
The Common Bond of Wicklow and District Credit Union Ltd is a 10 miles radius of Wicklow Town and Rathnew. This includes Wicklow, Rathnew, Ashford, Glenealy, Barndarrig, Kilbride, Brittas Bay, Redcross, and Blainroe we would like to see images of togetherness representing these areas being together as part of Wicklow and District Credit Union Ltd.
Pictures must be in landscape format, e-mailed to calendarwicklowcu@hotmail.com and must come with a title, along with the name, address and phone number of the photographer. Please state clearly, where the photograph was taken. Closing Date for receipt of Photographs for the Calendar Competition is 30th September 2022
